We have an exciting opportunity for a L&D Manager to join our Transport Infrastructure People Team. This is a full-time, fixed term (approx. 12 months) position offering flexible working arrangements, whether remote or hybrid, with regular travel across the UK.
In this role, you will work closely with the L&D Partner, taking a key role in managing, coordinating and delivering a wide range of company training and development initiatives. You’ll support the organisation in meeting its learning needs, shaping high-quality development experiences, and contributing to the ongoing strategic evolution of learning across the business.
The role is based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
