My client, an energy company, is looking to hire a Learning and Development Coordinator on a permanent basis, based in London. Salary is up to £45,000, and the position requires in-office presence 4 days a week.

You will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee development programs.

Responsibilities include:
  • Act as the main L&D contact for the business
  • Collaborate with the wider business to ensure training initiatives align with goals and employee needs
  • Support the design, development, and execution of training programs
  • Conduct training needs analysis
