Job summary

Anthony Collins Solicitors in Birmingham is seeking a Learning & Development coordinator on a 12-month maternity cover, part-time four days a week. You will support delivery and improvement of L&D initiatives, ensuring programmes are engaging, compliant and aligned to firm objectives.

Working with colleagues across the firm, you will coordinate programmes (including early talent), support apprentice recruitment and deliver inductions, while handling learning logistics, eLearning monitoring and

Are you passionate about coordinating impactful learning and development programmes?

Anthony Collins are looking for a 12-month maternity cover for a part-time, four-day-a-week role. You will support the delivery and improvement of L&D initiatives, making sure programmes are engaging, compliant and aligned to firm objectives. Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you will enhance learning experiences for all cohorts.
