Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Location: Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

They are hiring a third team member for their Manchester office to develop consultants from entry-level to team leads.

This role is ideal for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, viewing L&D as a natural career progression.

Role Responsibilities

• Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching methods
• Manage training administration, planning, and coordinate with management for training needs analysis
• Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress
• Support onboarding by providing proactive feedback to enhance retention
• Oversee training programs, analyze effectiveness, and report on outcomes

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with proven success through billings or promotions
• Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching groups and individuals
• Background as a 360 recruiter or extensive experience in training consultants in Business Development
