Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Location: Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

The Company

My client is an established professional services recruitment agency/consultancy, supporting businesses globally to find experts across multiple industries.

They are looking to hire a third team member to develop consultants from entry-level to team leads, focusing on mentorship and learning.

This role offers progression and promotion opportunities tailored to individual growth.

The Role
  • Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching.
  • Coordinate training administration, needs analysis, and planning with management.
  • Provide feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress.
  • Support onboarding with proactive feedback to enhance retention.
  • Manage training programs and analyze their effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
  • At least 3+ years of recruitment experience with success in billings/promotions.
  • Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching groups and individuals.
  • Background in 360 recruitment or extensive training of consultants in Business Development.
