A community support organization in Kingswood is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. In this role, you will design training programmes, support leadership development, and oversee apprenticeship opportunities. The ideal candidate has significant facilitation experience and a good understanding of the social care sector. This position offers a hybrid work environment and generous benefits including 34 days of annual leave and a pension scheme.
We have an exciting opportunity in the Milestones Trust Learning and Development team. The Learning and Development team provides development and career progression opportunities to ensure our staff have the right skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and make a difference in the lives of the people we support. We are looking for someone to join us on a fixed term contract (maternity cover) as our Learning and Development Advisor. You will be joining a team that values collaboration, creativity and making an impact. This role is based at our office in Staple Hill, Bristol with travel to our services in Bristol, Swindon and surrounding areas. Hybrid working is available – some days in our office in Bristol will be required. Most facilitation is done face to face in our Bristol or Swindon offices.
