Orwell Housing Association is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor on a fixed-term maternity cover to lead learning initiatives for over 700 colleagues, developing, performing and thriving. Salary: £35,466.35 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Although this position is intended to be full‑time, we recognise the value of flexible working and will consider applications from candidates seeking part‑time opportunities of 22.5 hours per week or more.

We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a fixed‑term maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful learning initiatives that support over 700 colleagues to develop, perform and thrive.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll play a key role in delivering Orwell's Learning & Development Strategy, driving the ongoing success of the Orwell Academy, maximising Apprenticeship Levy opportunities, enhancing mandatory training compliance (including Competence and Conduct Standard compliance), and creating engaging learning experiences that support organisational and individual growth.
