Job description

Learning and Development Administrator

Salary: £25,998 - £35,822 (Scale 2-5)

Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2026 / Secondment

Employment Type: Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking an Administrator to join our Learning & Development team. Our team designs, delivers, and commissions staff learning opportunities across various areas, including induction, leadership & management, business & administration, first aid, and IT. We support staff and managers in identifying learning needs and finding suitable solutions.

The Learning & Development Administrator plays a key role in managing the end-to-end training administration process using our Learning Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage training events, liaising with trainers, booking venues, organizing refreshments and materials, setting up venues, and monitoring bookings.
  • Respond to training enquiries.
  • Order and monitor consumables.
  • Promote learning events.
  • Raise purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accounts are settled.
Candidate Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in O365
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems or similar platforms
Additional Information
