Job Description:

Statom Group Ltd. is a leading civil engineering contractor specialising in Remediation, Groundwork, and Structures. We are committed to the continuous development of our workforce and are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to support our training initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the administrative functions of the Learning and Development department. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure that training programs are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will assist in scheduling training sessions, maintaining records, and communicating with employees about their professional development opportunities. If you have a passion for supporting employee growth and development, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for training programs, including scheduling, material preparation, and participant communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of training materials and resources.
  • Support trainers and facilitators during training sessions.
  • Gather feedback from participants to evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage inquiries related to training programs and provide support to employees regarding their development needs.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have prior experience working in a Training and Development administration position.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a human resources or learning and development setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with employees and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with learning management systems is a plus.
  • A proactive and positive attitude toward supporting employee development initiatives.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
