LEARNING ADMINISTRATOR - 6 MONTH FTC

£24,000.00-24,500.00

As a Learning Administrator, you'll play a key role in our People Development team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Learning Administrator is a vital member of the team, responsible for:

  • Monitoring the Learning & Development inbox and responding to queries professionally
  • Managing the Learning & Development calendar and coordinating training sessions (virtual and in-person)
  • Handling session invites, joining instructions, materials preparation, and attendance tracking
  • Supporting induction programmes for groups and departments
  • Administering and updating the LMS system (Simplify Learning), including session logistics and learner access
  • Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to ensure accurate content and support
  • Tracking learning activity and compliance data, supporting audits and reports
  • Contributing to improving learner experience and internal operations

REQUIREMENTS

You should be highly organized, proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities professionally. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) are essential. Experience with learning platforms or LMS is beneficial but not necessary; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. We aim to retain our best people and will consider permanent opportunities or other roles at the end of the contract based on performance and availability.
