Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator for a part-time, on-site contract position (20 hours per week) based in Royal Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. The successful candidate will take ownership of managing and optimizing ecommerce listings, running digital marketing campaigns, and overseeing social media marketing and content creation including photos and videos.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing product listings on Amazon and other platforms, including SEO, keywords, and optimization
• Creating, scheduling, and posting engaging social media content daily
• Monitoring web analytics to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Coordinating marketing projects and ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external partners
• Driving traffic and sales from Amazon to the company’s website to increase online visibility and revenue

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing — no training provided, so prior experience is essential
• Strong skills in web analytics, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize campaigns
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid project management abilities to handle multiple marketing initiatives concurrently
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Experience managing ecommerce operations, preferably with Amazon listings
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
