Responsibilities

• Provide targeted mentoring, engagement and progression support across the DTEC for learners.
• Identify and address barriers to participation, improving retention and achievement.
• Collaborate with curriculum, careers and employer-engagement colleagues to ensure timely, personalised support.
• Support learners from underrepresented groups to access and sustain progression into apprenticeships and higher technical study.
