18.5 Hours Per Week | One year fixed term contract in the first instance, subject to funding| £14,235 Per Annum (Pro rata of £28,469 Per Annum)

The Role

We are seeking a Careers Lead to help learners understand and access the breadth of high-value opportunities available across defence and its associated supply chains. You will coordinate careers education, information, advice and guidance across the DTEC, develop clear routes into apprenticeships, Level 4+ study and employment, and work closely with employers, curriculum teams and partner providers to create meaningful learner experiences. The role will also support widening participation and stronger progression into priority technical careers.
