Job summary

Safran Group in the UK is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to energise and drive Lean Sigma initiatives across landing systems production. You will lead improvement and change projects, work with stakeholders at all levels, and promote sharing of best practices to cut costs, improve quality and delivery.

As part of the CI team, you will apply Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies, partner with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality, and help embed a culture of excellence across

Qualifications

• Experience in continuous improvement within aerospace or industrial environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Minitab (statistical software).
• Good knowledge of project and/or change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and change projects within landing systems production operations.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate change and gain buy-in.
• Apply Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies across production operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality.
