Job summary

Safran is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and coach teams in driving an effective improvement journey across the business. You will work with leaders to analyze performance, define processes and tools, and drive governance to deliver tangible improvements.

The role requires Six-sigma/Lean expertise, a Black Belt, and a track record of delivering CI projects in manufacturing. You will act as a change agent, motivating teams to achieve measurable results and sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• Six-sigma and lean methodologies are essential for driving improvements.
• Experience leading CI projects across a manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to coach sponsors and leaders to enable successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI projects to deliver business improvements through deployment of tools.
• Analyze operations with business leaders to expose opportunities for change and improvement.
• Drive CI initiatives including Balanced Scorecard, One Safran, Lean Journey and QRQC.
• Analyze and monitor financial and customer benefits across project life cycles.
• Provide training and coaching to project sponsors and leaders to ensure successful implementations.
