Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with proven experience leading complex improvement initiatives.
• Strong experience applying and coaching Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management with influence across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate creation of strategic deployment plans for business functions.
• Lead and support definition of improvement plans and CI support.
• Lead cross-functional CI projects across the organisation.
• Coordinate improvement events (One Safran, Kaizen, problem solving workshops).
• Act as CI Business Focal for areas across the organisation.
• Be reference for internal CI processes and standards.
• Oversee Lean-Sigma toolset usage and Safran standards compliance.
• Engage employees in improvement activities and empowerment initiatives.
