Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is supporting a global leading manufacturer in Lincoln to recruit a Production Shift Manager. You will own shift-level operations to meet production schedules, lead and develop a team, and drive continuous improvement while championing quality and safety.

The role requires hands-on leadership across a heavy industrial environment and a clear focus on meeting targets, improving processes, and maintaining 6S standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within manufacturing, ideally heavy industry.
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques, quality systems, and CI methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills - able to motivate, coach, and develop a shift-based team.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Lead and develop your team including training, performance & absence management.
• Drive quality standards, scrap reduction, and rework elimination.

• Manage resources, overtime, and capacity to meet business requirements.
• Ensure 6S standards are achieved and sustained.

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a global leading manufacturer in their search for a Production Shift Manager to join their facility in Lincoln.

You’ll take ownership of shift-level operations across the department, ensuring production schedules are met and your team is engaged, developed, and performing at their best. You’ll be hands-on in driving continuous improvement, championing quality, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Hours: Mornings/nights/afters rotational, Monday - Friday
