E3 Recruitment is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer in Leeds to lead the site CI strategy and drive Lean initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will implement Kaizen, DMAIC, SMED, and standardised work to increase productivity and reduce losses.

Applicants should hold an engineering degree with Six Sigma certification desirable and have experience in regulated manufacturing environments, ISO 9001/45001 knowledge, and coaching cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering with Six Sigma certification desirable.
• Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing and CI initiatives.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site-wide Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with objectives.
• Drive Lean initiatives using Kaizen, DMAIC, SMED and VSM.
• optimise processes, layouts, material flow and equipment utilisation.
• Implement visual management, daily management and dashboards.
• Reduce losses by targeting downtime, scrap and inefficiencies.
• Coach teams in Lean principles and drive ISO 9001/45001 compliance.
