Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Quality Manager for a Leeds-based engineering and manufacturing business. The role offers up to £55,000 per annum, flexible hours, and hybrid working with one day per week at home.

You will lead the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement, coordinate internal and supplier audits, manage NCRs and CAPA, review drawings, and monitor quality metrics to meet customer requirements. Candidates should travel as required.

Qualifications

• Quality management experience within engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in ISO 9001 systems, audits and CAPA.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain ISO 9001 QMS and document control across the business.
• Drive continuous improvement through quality objectives and KPIs.
• Manage quality activities across engineering, manufacturing, procurement and service teams.
• Plan and coordinate internal, supplier and external audits and close audit findings.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and non-conformances with root cause analysis.
