Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Leadership, Talent & Performance Manager to lead group-wide leadership and performance initiatives. You will design practical frameworks, partner with senior leaders and external providers, and embed the company values across the organisation.

Working closely with People Partners and the broader People Function, you will build internal talent pipelines and drive succession planning to support long-term business success.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in leadership development and performance management.
• Proven ability to embed enterprise-wide leadership frameworks.
• Strong coaching methodologies and leadership capability development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercially minded and pragmatic, translating priorities into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Group-wide leadership, talent, succession and performance management frameworks.
• Design and implement leadership development programmes, coaching approaches and targeted interventions.
• Own talent management and succession planning processes, identifying critical roles and building robust internal pipelines.
• Drive the evolution of performance management practices, ensuring objectives and feedback support business outcomes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and external providers to deliver leadership and talent solutions using data and feedback.
