Job summary

Axon Moore is partnering with a growing education and not-for-profit organisation to appoint an L&D Partner. The role sits in People & Culture and delivers leadership development, talent initiatives and organisational capability programmes across campuses.

You will design and deliver development solutions, facilitate workshops, coach managers and influence leaders while also managing projects, systems and data to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Strong L&D/Talent Development experience with strategic and hands-on delivery.
• Ability to design and run development programmes and leadership curricula.
• Comfort coaching managers and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership and development programmes across the organisation.
• Facilitate workshops and development sessions for diverse groups.
• Support succession planning, career pathways and talent reviews.
• Evaluate programmes and report on impact using learning data.
• Collaborate with People Partners and wider People & Culture colleagues.
