Job summary

Clancy is seeking a Learning and Development Delivery Manager on a maternity cover basis to oversee day-to-day learning initiatives across the business. You will lead a team of L&D Coordinators and Administrators, coordinating programmes and ensuring compliance with training needs.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external providers, plan resources, and manage training data through the LMS to support organisational development and capability growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing learning and development delivery and leading a team.
• Confident working with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
• Experience with learning management systems and training administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management and direction to a team of L&D coordinators and administrators.
• Coordinate delivery of Management and Leadership Development Programmes.
• Forecast training requirements based on compliance, skills gaps and business plans.
• Collaborate with Training Manager to optimise trainer workloads and locations.
• Oversee Training Academy bookings and ensure demand is planned.
• Build relationships to understand learning needs and promote opportunities.
• Lead regular reviews with regional training contacts and stakeholders.
• Monitor course bookings, prerequisites and cancellations to optimise resources.
• Offer guidance on the Learning Management System to improve usage and accuracy of records.
