Leadership Development Manager, Reading, c£50,000 plus car allowance, Permanent

Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong footprint in the UK and a focus on growth through investing in their people. As part of their continued investment in people development, they are strengthening their focus on leadership capability and are looking for someone to drive forward a number of key initiatives in this area.

Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, this role will play a key part in designing and implementing a leadership development framework that supports both current and future leaders. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to identify capability needs, create engaging learning experiences, and measure the impact of your initiatives on individual and organisational performance.

You will be an experienced L&D professional with a strong track record in leadership development. Comfortable working with senior leaders, you’ll bring fresh thinking, energy, and a practical approach to designing and delivering high-quality learning. Strong project management skills, an eye for innovation, and a passion for people development will be key.
