Job summary

Motorvogue are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller who can also handle Warranty Administration at our Dunstable site. You will oversee daily workshop operations, supervise technicians, and ensure accurate warranty processing to manufacturers’ standards.

The role is based on site with a competitive salary and benefits, including a bonus scheme and pension. You will work Monday–Friday in a full-time capacity, contributing to customer satisfaction and workshop productivity.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing large teams.
• Extensive understanding of the vehicle repair industry and trade practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and a willingness to learn software tools.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work fairly according to skills and deadlines.
• Lead, supervise, and provide direction to Repair Technicians.
• Ensure paperwork and job cards are completed with clear write-ups.
• Manage the workshop area for cleanliness and efficient operations.
• Uphold regulatory compliance and protect sensitive information.
• Liaise with Service Department to manage customer expectations and resolve complaints.
