Job summary

Williams Motor Co (Holdings) Ltd is seeking a Workshop Controller to lead an established aftersales workshop. You will plan work, support technicians and ensure high standards of quality and customer service.

This 44.5 hour week includes a 1-in-4 Saturday rota, with a salary between £35,250 and £40,000 plus up to £4,200 performance bonus. This role offers progression within a premium automotive business.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification in automotive discipline.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Controlling workshop workflow to ensure productivity and efficiency targets are achieved.
• Supporting, coaching and guiding technicians to maintain performance and quality standards.
• Managing job allocation, progress and completion in line with customer and business expectations.
• Working closely with Service Advisors to support a smooth, professional customer journey.
• Monitoring quality, rework and productivity to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintaining a safe, organised and professional workshop environment.
