Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control daily workshop activities.
• Allocate work to technicians based on skill and workload.
• Monitor repair progress and ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
• Liaise with customers, service advisors, and parts departments.
• Support technicians with technical guidance and problem-solving.
• Monitor workshop performance, productivity, and efficiency.
• Ensure repairs comply with Volvo Truck & Bus standards.
