Job summary

Aztec Services (Jersey) Limited is seeking a proactive Workplace Experience Lead to own the Jersey office experience for employees, visitors and clients. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage onsite hospitality and third‑party services, and drive improvements to delivery and standards.

The role supports induction sessions, travel programme delivery and local events, with a flexible hybrid working model and opportunities to engage across groups.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in workplace experience, hospitality, facilities, client services, events, travel coordination or a comparable service role.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, prioritise competing demands and consistently deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder and service‑management skills with clear, inclusive communication.
• Experience coordinating third‑party services, setting daily priorities and resolving issues.
• Comfort with learning new systems and using workplace booking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day workplace experience for employees, visitors and clients in Jersey with independent ownership.
• Coordinate multiple Workplace Experience workstreams and ensure high quality service.
• Lead visitor‑management standards, arrivals support, wayfinding and service recovery.
• Oversee catering, hospitality, and office presentation standards throughout the day.
• Manage third‑party Housekeeper/Concierge services, including quality checks and escalations.
• Support Workplace events, onboarding inductions and Group travel programme delivery.
• Build relationships with local leaders, employees, visitors, suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify service improvements and help refine Workplace Experience processes and standards.
