Job summary

Aztec Services (Jersey) Limited in Jersey is seeking a Manager I – Workplace Operations to lead the Jersey Workplace service, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality employee experiences while coordinating with the Manager II.

You will manage local teams, budgets, suppliers, and security, driving continuous improvement and safeguarding business continuity, with strong liaison to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing workplace operations or facilities
• Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead the Jersey Workplace team and establish clear priorities, roles, service standards and cover arrangements.
• Own local health and safety delivery, incident escalation, risk management and business continuity support.
• Manage local Workplace budgets, purchase orders, invoices, contracts and cost forecasts.
• Own supplier performance, service levels and escalations.
• Oversee Workplace Experience delivery, including visitor, client, hospitality and employee-experience standards.
