Trident Group in Birmingham is seeking a Lead Worker YPLW Plus to provide person-centered support to customers, safeguarding reporting and empowerment to achieve self-sufficiency. You will record case studies reflecting outcomes and work with partners to maximise positive impact.
The role requires dedication to safeguarding, partnership working, and maintaining detailed, compliant records. This permanent position offers a 37.5-hour week, development opportunities and a supportive workplace
£26,227.50 per annum 37.5 hours per annum - Permanent Contract 25th August 2026
To provide person centered support to customers, reporting any safeguarding concerns in line with policy and procedure. To support customers with life skills and empower them to make a positive contribution to society and become self sufficient this includes recording case studies that reflect achievements of outcomes.
