Job summary

Trident Group – UK in Birmingham is seeking a Lead Worker. You will provide person-centred support to customers, empower life skills, and record case studies reflecting outcomes. This permanent role starts with a salary of £26,227.50 and a 37.5-hour week.

The role requires safeguarding compliance, partner collaboration, and comprehensive recording. You will contribute to safe, inclusive services and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide a flexible, responsive, person-centred support service.
  • Signpost to information, guidance and advice.
  • Work with external agencies for customer benefit.
  • Complete risk assessments and follow Health & Safety policy.
  • Record and maintain detailed support plans and records.
  • Ensure non-judgemental service in line with equality and diversity.
  • Record client risk information and assist in risk management planning.
  • Follow safeguarding regulations to protect vulnerable adults, young people and children.
  • Follow lone-working policies and participate in training.

About the role

To provide person centered support to customers, reporting any safeguarding concerns in line with policy and procedure. To support customers with life skills and empower them to make a positive contribution to society and become self sufficient; this includes recording case studies that reflect achievements of outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing a flexible, responsive service which operates in a timely and person centred manner
  • Signposting customers to relevant sources of information, support, guidance and advice
  • Effectively working in partnership with external agencies for the benefit of customers
  • Completing and following clear risk assessments, and adhering to the organisations Health and Safety Policy
  • Completing and maintaining accurate records in line with the requirements (including detailed support plans, risk assessments and regular checks).
  • Ensuring all service delivery is non-judgemental and is delivered in line with equality and diversity requirements.
  • Accurately record and capture client risk information and contribute to the formation of risk management plans.
  • To ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of vulnerable adults, young people and children in line with Safeguarding regulations. Play an active role in working flexibly to support the service as and when necessary.
  • Follow all lone working arrangements to insure personal safety.
  • Attending all training courses and delivering on the outcomes.
  • Ensure that in the event of an incident that the incident management policy is followed.
  • Any other duties as required by the role.
