Trident Group in Birmingham is seeking a Lead Worker to provide person-centred support to customers and report safeguarding concerns in line with policy. You will empower clients to gain life skills and contribute to society while recording achievements and outcomes.
The role involves flexible, responsive service delivery, signposting to resources, partnership with external agencies, and maintaining accurate records and risk assessments in line with Health and Safety and safeguarding regulations.

To provide person centered support to customers, reporting any safeguarding concerns in line with policy and procedure. To support customers with life skills and empower them to make a positive contribution to society and become self sufficient; this includes recording case studies that reflect achievements of outcomes.
