Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in tool hire, plant hire, equipment hire, construction, or related industries.
• Strong hands-on experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing tools or hire equipment.
• Proven ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workshop inspection, servicing, and repair of hire equipment and ensure readiness for next customer.
• Supervise and motivate workshop and warehouse personnel; allocate workloads and drive performance.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee goods-in/goods-out processes; perform stock checks and audits.
• Promote safety, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and uphold housekeeping standards.
