Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our Bristol warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence on a Monday–Friday schedule. The role supports Hinkley Point C infrastructure and provides a hands-on leadership path within a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise shift teams, conduct briefings, manage inventory via WMS and Kronos, and report data to senior management. Requirements include warehouse operations experience and strong communication, with CITB

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and line management.
• Strong communication to motivate and mentor teams.
• Familiarity with WMS and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities
