Job summary

Alliance Automotive Logistics is seeking a First Line Manager to oversee Supervisors and teams within our UK distribution network. This role translates strategic goals into actionable plans, maintains efficiency, and drives continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include daily order picking, despatch, KPI tracking, performance reviews, lean initiatives, health and safety compliance, and leadership development. Automotive parts distribution experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a management/leadership role in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Experience in automotive parts distribution or high-volume operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, inventory control, and despatch.
• Oversee Supervisors and teams to meet daily targets and optimise workload.
• Track KPIs, review performance, and drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and adherence to SOPs.
