Alliance Automotive Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, manage people and systems, and ensure health and safety standards are met. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and transport firms to optimize stock flow and reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, planning abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to maintain compliance and efficiency across our UK warehouse network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of a range of goods.
• Manage people, processes and systems to ensure targets are met.
• Maintain health and safety standards and security of the building.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and inventories accurate.
• Produce regular reports and statistics daily, weekly and monthly.
• Organise recruitment and training of staff and monitor performance.
• Maintain machinery and equipment maintenance.
