Job summary

Alliance Automotive Logistics in the United Kingdom is seeking a First Line Manager to oversee Supervisors and warehouse teams. You will translate strategic goals into daily plans, driving efficiency and ensuring targets are met in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years in a management or team leadership role in warehouse/distribution.
Experience in automotive parts distribution or similar high-volume industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, inventory control and despatch.
Oversee Supervisors in organising workloads to meet daily targets.
Monitor workflow and ensure inter-department collaboration.
Track KPIs such as pick accuracy, productivity, and on-time despatch rates.
Drive continuous improvement with lean methodologies.
Enforce SOPs and health and safety practices.
