Job summary

Alliance Automotive Logistics is seeking a First Line Manager to oversee Supervisors and warehouse teams in the Rotherham distribution network. You will translate strategic aims into actionable plans, drive efficiency, and ensure consistent performance against daily targets.

Responsibilities include leadership of daily workflows, cost-conscious process improvements, and strong emphasis on health and safety compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or operations advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, inventory control and despatch.
• Oversee Supervisors in organising workloads and managing teams to meet targets.
• Track and report on operational KPIs and drive performance improvement.
• Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and updated as needed.
• Support health and safety compliance and conduct risk assessments.
