Job summary

Knowles Logistics in Wimblington, March, is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse activities and ensure safety, performance, accuracy, and service levels are met daily. You will manage Team Leaders and colleagues, drive continuous improvement, and report to the Senior Operations Manager, with a Monday to Friday fixed shift 06:00–14:00.

Qualifications

• Leadership required in a fast-moving, shift-based environment.
• Experience managing warehouse operations and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and SAP WMS.
• Commitment to health, safety and quality disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities within your warehouse function.
• Ensure processes deliver high levels of accuracy, productivity, and service.
• Manage workflow, resource allocation, and shift execution to meet plans.
• Resolve operational issues quickly, escalating to Senior Operations Manager as required.
• Support continuous monitoring of WMS and inventory accuracy.
