WR Logistics in Worcester is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of a fast-paced warehouse and dispatch operation. The role focuses on safety, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting deadlines.

You'll lead a large team, drive continuous improvement, manage KPIs, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth stock flow and on-time dispatch. Salary up to £60,000 per annum and benefits are offered.

• Proven experience managing a busy warehouse operation in high-volume environments.
• Experience leading and developing large operational teams.
• Track record of improving warehouse performance, productivity and efficiency.
• Experience managing KPIs, targets and operational performance.
• Strong organisational skills and prioritisation under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large warehouse and dispatch operation.
• Take full operational responsibility for warehouse performance, productivity and service levels.
• Lead, motivate and develop a sizeable warehouse team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.
• Set clear KPIs and monitor performance.
• Ensure orders are picked, checked and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Ensure health & safety, compliance, housekeeping and discipline.
• Plan resources during peak demand.
