Edwardian Hotels London is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress for the exclusive Japanese Rooftop Bar and Restaurant at 8 At The Londoner. Lead a waiting team, deliver polished service and guide guests through Japanese-inspired offerings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the waiting team during service, creating a polished, effortless guest experience.
• Take ownership of your section and ensure the highest standards of service and attention to detail.
• Build knowledge of our Japanese-inspired food, cocktails, wines and spirits, guiding guests through the experience.
• Anticipate guests' needs and create memorable, personalised moments.
• Support development of Waiters and Commis Waiters through coaching and on-the-job training.
• Communicate with kitchen, bar and wider team to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally.
• Uphold standards while bringing warmth, personality and energy to every service.
