Job summary

The Londoner in London is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to lead the front-of-house team in our exclusive Japanese Rooftop Bar and Restaurant, 8 At The Londoner. You will guide service, own your section, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong food and beverage knowledge, and natural leadership with a warm, engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the waiting team during service, creating a polished guest experience.
• Own your section and maintain the highest standards of service and attention to detail.
• Develop knowledge of Japanese-inspired food, cocktails, wines and spirits to guide guests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and create memorable, personalised moments.
• Coach and develop Waiters and Commis Waiters on-the-job.
• Communicate seamlessly with kitchen, bar and wider team for smooth service.
