Job summary

Adidas in London is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Expert for BFS LDN Ground Campaign Floor. You will oversee VM execution across stores, landing brand strategy and North Europe gameplan with strong attention to presentation and space utilization.

You will train store staff, create Shop-In-Shop displays, and provide commercial feedback while aligning with European standards. The role requires flexibility to support campaigns and mobility across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 year dedicated VM experience.
• Fluency in English and good IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store sales targets through effective VM execution.
• Communicate and train store staff on VM plans.
• Create clear Shop-In-Shop displays and maintain brand standards.
• Apply European VM standards and ensure high-quality shop presentation.
• Provide commercial VM feedback including space vs sales analysis.
• Support marketing activities and competitor analysis.
• Attend VM team meetings and quarterly showroom setups.
• Manage equipment and props; ensure proper storage.
