Job summary

POP MART UK seeks a Flagship In-Store Visual Merchandiser to own daily visual expression at our London flagship. You will work with the Store Manager and regional teams to translate global VM direction into a consistent brand environment, guiding the store team to maintain high-standards.

The role requires hands-on VM execution, team leadership, and commercial awareness, with flexibility for early mornings, late shifts, and occasional travel within the UK.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of visual merchandising in fast-paced retail environments.
• Strong portfolio with brand-aligned displays and spatial planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership to train store teams.
• Willingness to travel to other UK locations and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-opening checks on displays, props, lighting and cleanliness to ensure impeccable standards.
• Plan larger VM moves (rotations, launches, window changes) ahead of openings.
• Lead and train store teams to uphold VM guidelines and responsibilities.
• Manage VM inventory, stock presentation, and display updates across categories.
• Collaborate with regional VM and Head of Visual Merchandising on longer-term strategy.
• Install new window displays and post-launch updates to reflect merchandising direction.
