adidas in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Visual Merchandiser to bring brand standards to life in-store, window displays and seasonal campaigns. You will plan and execute merchandising setups, report on performance, and train store teams while maintaining high standards across locations within the cluster.

Qualifications

• 12+ months Visual Merchandising experience.
• Advanced sales knowledge and understanding of product, retail, and industry.
• Ability to travel across the geographical cluster.
• Hours to be flexible in-line with campaign launches, planned layout changes and out of store opportunities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; problem-solving and organization.

Responsibilities

• Showcase creativity through visually appealing product displays in line with adidas brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies in-store in alignment with store management.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports on visual merchandising and share best practice results.
• Proactively train store teams to ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Collaborate with regional Visual Merchandisers on innovative initiatives during projects and resets.
• Drive store performance through commercial visual merchandising execution aligned with brand guidance.
