Job summary

URBN is seeking a Display Coordinator to raise the standard of display and visual excellence across stores in Richmond and surrounding areas. You will work with Visual Coordinators, Visual Managers and Store Managers to curate environments that reflect our brand and engage customers.

You will manage seasonal displays, adhere to budgets, and mentor store teams on visual standards while ensuring safety, organisation and timely project execution across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in working in the art and design field.
• Strong artistic background with understanding in multiple mediums both 2D and 3D with desire to learn more.
• Ability to develop creative ideas into working solutions.
• A completed professional portfolio should be submitted if applicable.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and strong organisational skills.
• Carpentry skills a plus.
• Experience with working at a large scale a plus
• Comfortable using power tools.

Responsibilities

• Display - Interpret Company direction and updates to ensure displays create an artistic, visionary and unique environment that has a positive impact on sales.
• Managing the Environment - Keep display materials organized and safe, with focus on customer and employee safety.
• Budgets - Manage project display budgets and coding payment card.
• Leadership and Communication - Present display plans to store and district teams; collaborate to drive timely projects.
• People - Mentor retail teams on display and develop team members for future projects.
• Operations - Support sales by creating displays that reflect product lifestyle and customer interests.
