URBN's Free People brand seeks an inspirational store leader for Covent Garden, London. You will oversee daily operations, develop the team, and execute visual standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience and boost sales.

You will mentor staff, manage shifts, and collaborate with district leaders to roll out seasonal concepts while upholding brand standards and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Visual experience required to lead store visuals and customer experience.
• Portfolio to submit prior to interview demonstrating visual excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the team in leadership, visual standards and operations.
• Drive sales by maintaining store standards and payroll goals.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing with the management team.
• Uphold customer care and loss prevention across all store activities.
• Facilitate hiring and develop internal talent for succession planning.
• Manage stock room, product receiving and restock processes with the team.
• Share performance observations with district partners and adjust strategies.
