Job summary

Techniques Motorsport Ltd in Stotfold, Hertfordshire, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join as Workshop Foreman. You’ll lead a small, dedicated team while carrying out specialist maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on Morgan, TVR and other classic sports cars, ensuring craftsmanship and safety standards.

Experience with hand-built British sports cars is preferred; Morgan/TVR training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Proven track record in servicing, diagnostics and repair of performance cars.
• Experience leading a small workshop team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on Morgan, TVR and other classic/performance cars.
• Lead the workshop team to deliver high craftsmanship within timescales.
• Work with diverse engineering methods from ash-frames to modern drivetrains.
• Maintain a tidy, safe, well-equipped workshop and uphold health & safety culture.
• Support restoration projects and race car preparation with paid race days.
