You will perform advanced diagnostics, mentor technicians, and ensure high quality workmanship while meeting manufacturer standards and supporting workshop operations in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• MOT Tester accreditation.
• Proven diagnostic skills with fault resolution.
• Previous experience in a senior or Senior Vehicle Technician role.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding.
• Conduct servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Lead MOT testing procedures.
• Act as the workshop’s technical expert, supporting the team with complex issues.
• Mentor and support other technicians.
• Ensure timely completion of work and uphold quality standards.
• Assist with workshop operations and technical troubleshooting.
