Job summary

Taylor & Francis Group is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to drive qualitative and mixed-methods research across our digital products. You will uncover user motivations, behaviours and unmet needs, working within multidisciplinary product teams from discovery through evaluation.

You will shape research practices, collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers and analytics colleagues, and help embed evidence-led design across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UX or user research for complex digital products or services.
• Deep expertise in qualitative methods with ability to select appropriate approaches.
• Mixed-methods capability including surveys and quantitative evidence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Designers and Product Managers to frame problems and define research priorities.
• Plan and conduct generative and evaluative research including interviews and usability testing.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights influencing product priorities and design decisions.
• Collaborate with designers to translate insights into opportunities and solutions.
• Contribute to establishing sustainable research practices across teams.
