- Proven experience leading services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Experience building high-performing teams and delivering person-centred care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and care governance.

- Lead two dual-registered Supported Living services, Enfield and North Finchley.
- Recruit, develop and performance-manage teams; drive service development.
- Manage referrals, assessments, personalised support plans and reviews.
